Introduction
Flavorful Chili great for cold weather!Made this for a football party and it went over great with the guys. I would normally make this with Turkey...but I decided to go with beef this time. This makes a LOT of Chili, great to freeze and put away for another day. I hope you enjoy! Flavorful Chili great for cold weather!

Ingredients

2 lbs of extra lean ground beef or turkey
1 lb of ground beef or italian sausage
2 (15 oz) cans of kidney beans, drained
1 can of chili beans with sauce
2 (28 oz) cans of diced tomatoes with juice
1 (6 oz) tomato paste
1 large onion, chopped
3 stalks of celery chopped
2 green peppers seeded and chopped
1 red pepper seeded and chopped
1 poblano peper seeded and chopped
1 Tbl minced garlic
1 Tbl bacon bits
4 cubes beef bouillon, low sodium
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chili powder
1 Tbl dried organo
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
You will need at least an 8 quart pot or larger.
Saute chopped veggies until soft
brown meat in a separate pan, once cooked through drain and add to veggies.
Add all dried seasonings, bacon bits and stir through veggies and meat
Stir in tomato paste
Add Diced tomoates, beans, bouillon, and water
Let simmer for 4+ hours, the longer it simmers the better.
