Ingredients

    32 oz. V8 or other tomato juice
    1 lb venison, turkey, or hamburger cooked and drained
    1 can vegetable medley
    1 can Mexican Style Chili Beans
    1 8 oz jar medium salsa
    1 leek
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Combine browned meat~ (drain),tomato juice, vegetable medley, garlic, chili beans, leeks, and salsa in a crock pot. Mix together, and let simmer for about 3 hours. If too spicy, add some cheese. Enjoy!!! Makes about 12 one cup servings
