    2 Tilpia filets (4-5 oz. each)

    Approximately 1/4 cup of Progresso Bread Crumbs (Can substitute for lighter, and lower sodium versions!)

    Crushed Garlic to Taste

    Parsley, oregano, and basil to taste

    Serve with whole wheat rice (spritz with spray butter) or wild rice!


Clean fish, place in a bowl- allowing it to sit in water.

Dip wet fish slices into a bowl of bread crumbs

Spray corning dish with Pam nonstick butter spray, or use foil (faster clean up!)

Place breaded fish in dish, sprinkle with olive oil, lemon, and seasonings and crushed garlic.

Cover with foil- cook for 10-15 minutes (do not over cook, bake until it begins to flake)

Serve with brown rice, and is delicious with a side of saute veggies!
