    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 - 10.75 oz cans of chicken broth, concentrate
    2 soup cans of water
    13oz of cheese tortellini
    1 cup chopped fresh spinach
    1 can chickpeas 15.5oz


Heat oil

Add can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed, and heat for approx 1min.

Add chicken broth and water and bring to boil.

Add tortellini and cook according to pkg directions.

Chop spinach and add to soup. Cook for 1min more.
