    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 extra large
    Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, .125 cup
    Onion Soup Mix - Dry - 1 Packet, 1 serving


Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a big bowl.
Shape into 1" balls. Place in large Cast Iron Skillet; filling skillet, it's ok if the meatballs are touching. Place under broiler for 15 minutes. Turn all the meatballs and replace to broiler for remaining 10 minutes; or until cooked through.
Excellent alone or added to spaghetti sauce.

Makes approx 42 - 1" meat balls.
