Cauliflower quick stir fry with Thai Curry Paste. Cauliflower quick stir fry with Thai Curry Paste.

    6 oz Cauliflower Florets
    1.5 Tbsp Thai Curry Paste
    4 Cloves Garlic, crushed
    1/2 Cup Water


1. Clean & cut Cauliflower into small uniform size florets.
2. Heat a pan and add Thai Curry Paste & crushed Garlic.
3. When Garlic has browned slightly, add Cauliflower.
4. Stir the Cauliflower into the Curry Paste & Garlic mixture.
5. Add 1/2 cup of water, bring to boil, cover pan and lower heat to simmer.
6. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Instead of water, you can use chicken broth. Cook to your preferences. Cooking time will vary according to how large or small your Cauliflower pieces are. I like my veggies on the crunchy side, so I usually cook the Cauliflower closer to 10 minutes than to 15 minutes.

The Cauliflower will taste better the next day, having had the chance to absorb the flavors of the Thai Curry Paste. There are several types of Thai Curry Paste available, some more spicy than others.
