Introduced to me from Oxygen magazine. Best turkey meatloaf ever. Introduced to me from Oxygen magazine. Best turkey meatloaf ever.
Number of Servings: 8


    2lbs extra lean ground turkey,1 cup chopped onions, 4 egg whites, 1cup salsa, 1pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix, 1/2 cup dry oats, 0.25 tsp black pepper, 0.25 tsp garlic powder and ketchup. These are all in ingredients you need. *Can use ground chicken just as yummy! Another twist add taco seasoning for package for mexican flavour. Check caloric changes.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until blended except ketchup. Place mixture in loaf pan. Smooth ketchup with spatula over top. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour or until juices run clear. Makes 8 servings.

  • Sounded real good until I got to the oup Mix. These things are notoriously high in sodium. What flavour did you use. Maybe I can try to recreate using just herbs and spices? - 10/9/09
