Ingredients

    4 Turkey cutlets
    4 sl. turkey bacon
    1C sliced mushrooms
    4T butter
    2 cloves garlic
    salt, pepper
    1/2 C cream or half & half

Directions

Melt butter in pan that can be used in oven or on range top. Lay cutlets in pan and sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. press garlic clove and smear over meat. Turn and repeat seasonings and garlic. Lay turkey bacon over meat and top with mushrooms. Bake at 350 degF approx 20 min. Remove cutlets from pan and on top of stove add cream whisking to remove any brown bits from bottom of pan. Do not boil or cream will break. Pour sauce over cutlets and serve.
