    2 lbs fresh kale
    2 Tbs EVOO
    3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    3/4 cup chicken Broth


Wash, trim and chop kale. In large pot, heat oil and lightly saute garlic. Add kale and chicken broth. Cook covered for 12 minutes.
