    2/3 C butter unsalted
    1 C flour
    2/3 C brown sugar
    1/2 C sugar
    1 T+ lemon juice
    2 t vanilla
    2 eggs
    1t baking powder
    1/2 t salt


bake at 325 F for 30-35 min, until knife comes out clean. Use a square, greased pan. Makes 32 little blondies, delicious.

mix wet ingredients, add in dry, then put in pan and bake.

  • My family loved these. They were buttery and had a nice texture. I think the serving size is a bit unrealistic. If you cut a 9x9 pan into 32 pieces, they are more like "bites" instead of squares or pieces. I cut it into 16 and adjusted the calories accordingly. - 6/18/07
