    4 oz. turkey breast, skinless
    1 1/2 cups zucchini
    1 1/3 tsp. olive oil
    2 cups green beans
    1 1/4 cups tomatoes, chopped


Cut turkey breast into strips and stir fry in olive oil.
In separate skillet, sauté vegetables until tender.
Combine turkey breast with vegetables and serve hot.
