    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup
    Pears, fresh, 1 pear, large - diced small
    *Peaches, fresh, 1 large diced small
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    **Flax Seed, 3 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Pecans, .25 cup, chopped


Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl with a fitting lid. Cook covered in microwave on high for five minutes.
Makes 4 adult size servings.
