Ingredients

    12.5 oz. Can Turkey Breast, packed in water, rinsed
    1/4 Cup Light Mayo
    1 Medium Celery Stalk, chopped
    1 Medium Tomato, seeds removed, chopped
    1 Large Scallion, chopped
    1/4 Cup Sliced Black Olives
    1 1/2 Cups Chickpeas, rinsed

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Chill and serve on a bed of lettuce or whole grain toast.
