    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Stick), 1 stick (1/2 cup)
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/2 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 3/4 cup
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/2 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 TBLSP
    Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips
    Baking powder, 1 tsp.
    Coconut, sweetened, 1 cup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix flour, sugar and margarine and pat evenly into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

While crust is baking, mix egg substitute, brown sugar blend, whole wheat flour, chocolate chips, baking powder and coconut together. When crust is baked, pour this mixture evenly over the crust and continue baking for 20 minutes until topping sets. Cool completely.

Cut five sections down the length of the pan and six across the width to make the 30 squares, about 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches.

Makes 30 servings.
