    1 Large Ripe Red Tomato, Sliced
    1/2 red onion, cut into rings
    1/2 cup black olives sliced
    l/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

    1 part Olive Oil
    2 part Red Wine Vinegar
    Oregano to your taste


Arrange tomates, onion and olives on a plate, Crumble Feta cheese over

Serve with Dressing. Makes 4 servings
