* Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm, 1 slice (remove)
* Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
* Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
* rapadura, 36 tsp (remove)
* carob powder, 0.33 cup (remove)
* *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)
* Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Simply:
1) Puree the tofu and water till smooth; pour mix into bowl
2) Add the other liquid ingredients, mix, then add the dry ones and mix again.
3) Add whatever additions you might like (nuts, carob chips) pour batter (and smooth it around, because it should be quite thick) into an oiled pan and bake at 350F (175C) for 25 min.
