Ingredients

    3 cups self raising flour
    1 cup pouring cream
    1 cup lemonade soda (ie sprite or similar)
    50g sultanas

Directions

Sift flour,stir in sultanas, add cream and lemonade, stir gently with knife blade until just combined.
Pat out to 2cm thickness on floured board, cut with floured cutter into 24 pieces.
Brush top with a little milk if desired.
Bake in 220 degree celcius oven for 12 minutes or until risen and golden on top.
