    * Beef chuck, 1.5 lb
    * *Red Gold Tomato Juice, 46 oz
    * Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.75 cup
    * Beans, red kidney, 7 cup
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped

    Seasoning to taste (salt, chili powder, etc)


Cook meat, add other ingredients, Bring to a boil and simmer.
