    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    **Oat Flour (1 cup),
    Granulated Sugar, 2 T
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1/2 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup warm
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Sweet sour dough starter, 1/2 cup


Mix all of the listed ingredients starting with dry ingredients and then adding liquid. Preheat waffle iron. Pour into waffle iron and bake 6 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
