Ingredients

    1 C Bulgur Wheat
    1/2 C frozen Peas
    1/2 sweet Pepper, diced
    4 green Onions, chopped
    1.5 C chopped Mushrooms ( I like oyster, shitake, crimini)
    4 cloves Garlic, diced
    2 T Olive Oil
    2 C fat free Chicken Broth

Directions

Saute vegetables in oil until soft, and just turning brown (do not burn garlic!), add bulgur and stir one and one half minutes. Add chicken broth. Stir, cover- reduce heat to med-low, for 20 minutes.
