    Onions and peppers to your liking
    Garlic, basil, oregano to your liking.
    Ronzoni, Whole Wheat Penne Rigate, 6 oz
    HEB Spicy Red Pepper Pasta Sauce, 1 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz
    Westsoy Extra Firm Tofu, 0.4 serving


Boil noodles until al dente. Set aside.
While noodles are boiling, chop onions and peppers and cook in a sprayed pan until translucent .
Puree or mash tofu with spices to your liking. Mix tofu with chosen tomato sauce.
Mix noodles, vegetables, and tofu/sauce together. grate cheese and stir in. Feel free to add more seasoning.
Bake in a covered dish for 30 minutes. uncover and cook additional 5 minutes.
