    about 6 cups greens of your choice
    1 med onion
    2 cups mushrooms
    garlic (I use about 1 TBS minced)
    1/2 cup water


sautee onions, mushrooms and garlic in oil
add chopped greens, stir and put on lid for a few minutes
add water recover and let steam for a few more checking on and off
I like to put a little soy sauce on mine
