    1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1 Egg
    1 Egg White
    0.5 cup Frozen Spinach*
    2 slices Deli Style Ham*
    0.5 slice of Fat Free Swiss Single*

    *These are the items I personally included, but you can substitute these with a multitude of other items depending on what you like. Think about an omelette and if you would use it in that, you can use it in this!


Take a small frying pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Whisk your egg and egg white, and put in pan over medium heat. You can either make it in the form of an omelette, or in the form of scrambled eggs. While your eggs are cooking, place single tortilla in the toaster oven for a few minutes until it is slightly browned. Add in the ingredients you have chosen as you normally would when making either scrambled eggs/an omelet. Do not fold the omelet. Place your eggs and ingredients in the tortilla and roll it up! That's it. It takes about five minutes, is loaded with veggies, fiber, and protein, and is really yummy! Keeps you full for a long time.

Makes 1 tortilla wrap.
