    3 oz. crushed herbed stuffing
    3 t. chopped fresh parsley
    20 oz fish fillets (orange roughy, cod, catfish, flounder)
    2 T. low fat Ranch dressing


Heat overn to 450F. Mis stuffing and parsley. Brush both sides of fillets with Ranch dressing; coat with stuffing mixture. Place fish on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake uncovered 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
