    1 pkg Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding
    2 c 1% Milk
    1 box Reduced Sugar Yellow Cake Mix
    2 c Butterscotch Chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pudding according to package directions w/ 1% milk. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in cake mix until mixed completely. Pour equally between 2 greased 9x5 bread pans (or 1 9x13 greased cake pan). Spread smooth. Pour butterscotch chips evenly over one bread pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Makes approx. 24 servings.
