Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp minced
    Basil, 1 tsp
    Fresh Chives, 1 tsp chopped
    Parsley, dried, 1 1/2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, sliced
    Morningstar Farms Bacon Strips, 4 strips
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup sliced
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 20 oz
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, 4 servings (4 cups cooked)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp

Directions

Heat oil, garlic, and herbs in deep frying pan.

Add onion and bacon, cook until onion becomes translucent.

Add mushrooms and stir occasionally until bacon and mushrooms begin to brown.

Stir in evaporated milk and simmer for ten minutes.

Add in parmesan cheese and stir.

Remove from heat and allow to sit before serving over a cup of pasta per servings.
