    1 - 15 oz can of pumpkin
    1 - 12 oz can of Fat Free Evaporated Milk
    1/2 cup of Egg Beaters
    1 - cup of Splenda
    2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice (you can add more to your taste)


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spray an 8 X 8 inch pan with no stick spray. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cool. It will set more while it is cooling. Cut into 9 squares. It will have a soft consistancy.
