    16oz ground beef, extra lean
    3C Dark red kidney beans
    2C pinto beans
    2 large onions
    2C no salt added diced tomatoes
    1 box whole wheat elbow macaroni
    2 large cans tomato juice
    2 packets McCormicks reduced sodium chili seasoning


Chop the onion and cook with the ground beef in a skillet.
Meanwhile mix beans, tomatoes, seasoning, juice and pasta in large stock pot.
Mix onions and beef in stock pot.
Cook until noodles are tender stirring periodically.
Makes roughly 15 1-cup servings
