    boneless Chicken Breast, no skin, shredded 8 ounces
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Margarine 1 tbsp
    Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped
    *Potato, raw, 2 large
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    roasted red pepper, 4 tbsp
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup
    Salt, .75 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Thyme, ground pinch
    Sage, ground, pinch
    Corn, sweet yellow, canned, cream style, 1 can
    Half and Half Cream, 1 cup


chop garlic, shallots and red peppers.
Heat margarine and olive oil in soup pot. Add veggies and sautee over low to medium heat until tender.
Spoon in flour to coat veggies and then add chicken broth. Peel and cut potatoes into 1/2 inche cubes, add to broth and bring to simmer. Cook potaotes until tender.
Add half and half, seasoning, corn and shredded chicken. Heat through.
