    3/4 lb Velveeta
    1/2 package no yolk noodles
    2 cans of tuna
    1 can of cream of mushroom or chicken (reduced fat)
    3/4 cup nonfat milk
    can of peas
    bread crumbs for topping


Preheat oven to 400.
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs in a large rectanguar baking dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Cover with foil and bake for about 40 min.
