Introduction

Delicious take on cauliflower. Really changes the flavor and makes a savory vegetable side. Delicious take on cauliflower. Really changes the flavor and makes a savory vegetable side.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 cups of chopped cauliflower
    4 tbsp. olive oil
    Minced Onion
    Garlic Powder
    Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Toss cauliflower, garlic, onion and olive oil together in a bag.

Take a cookie sheet, cover with foil and spray with cooking spray (can use without foil, but makes clean-up easier) and pour contents of bag out on it. Spread evenly across the sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove from over and turn over/stir and place back in oven til soft (about 15 minutes).

**Cauliflower will brown & blacken but it only makes it taht much better!
