Introduction

Great recipe! Uses fresh (not frozen or canned) veggies. If you'd like, substitute low-sodium vegetable broth for the brown gravy mix and add 1 tsp. cornstarch to thicken.
You can also forego the sausage and make it a quick fresh veggie stew!
(Leaving out the sausage will remove about 585 calories.)

Ingredients

Green Beans (snap), 40 beans (approx. 4" long)
Green Giant Fresh Baby Cut Carrots, 6 oz
    Green Onions, 1/4
White Potato, medium, 3 potatoes, diced
Great Value Brown Gravy Mix, 4 tbsp = 1 package
Water, tap, 3 cups (24 fl oz)
Hillshire Farm Turkey Kielbasa, 13 oz package

Directions

Wash all the vegetables first! Place dry gravy mix in bottom of crockpot and add 3 cups of water, stir well.
Place all veggies into crockpot and cook on high for three hours. (Vegetables often take a long time to cook!)
Cook kielbasa in oven for 20 minutes until hot. Drain on paper towels to remove any excess fat.
Slice Turkey Kielbasa into 4 pieces (or eight smaller pieces if you prefer). Add to the vegetable stew and serve!
