    2T flour
    1/2t Salt
    1 pound Beef, top sirloin,cut into 1/2" chunks
    1 1/2T Coconut Oil
    4c Mushrooms, fresh,sliced
    4 beef boullion cubes
    8c water
    5 med carrots, sliced
    1t. garlic powder
    1/2t. Thyme
    1c instant bulgher Wheat


Place salt aqnd flour in plastic sealable bag and add meat. Shake to coat. Heat 1T of oil in dutch oven. Add beef over medium heat abd brown.

Remove and set aside.

In same pan saute mushrooms in remaining oil until soft.

Add water, cubes, carrots, garlic powder and thyme. Bring to a boil.

Add bulgher and the beef. Reduce heat, cover and simmer on low for about 25 minutes until meat, veggies and bulgher are tender.
