    # Coconut Milk, 1 cup
    # Corn Starch, 20 grams
    # Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    # Egg Yolk, 2 large
    # Butter, salted, .5 cup
    # Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    # *Flaked Coconut, 1 cup
    # Pecans, 1 cup, chopped


mix coconut milk, cornstarch, sugar, yolks and butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add vanilla, coconut and pecans. Let cool before frosting cake.
