    1.5 cups oat flour
    16 packets Splenda
    .5 cups yellow corn meal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    .5 tsp. salt
    1.25 non fat milt
    .5 cup egg beaters
    .5 cup apple sauce no added sugar
    1 Tbsp. Butter melted


Preheat oven to 350. Line 17 muffin cups.
Combine flour, splenda, corn meal, baking powder and salt in Med. bowl.
Combine milk, egg beaters, apple sauce, butter in bowl and mix well.
Add two mixtures together and mix just until blended.
Pour into muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 18-20min.
