Ingredients

    Corn Starch, 1 TBSP.
    Apples, fresh, 6 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb
    Jello Dry Sugar Free/Fat Free Instant Butterscotch Pudding, 1 box
    Corn flakes cereal, 1/4 cup

Directions

Peel and then slice apples very thinly and put into glass pie plate.
Sprinkle dry butterscotch pudding and corn starch over apple slices and mix well to get some of the dry pudding on each slice - as close as possible.

Cover pie plate with plastic wrap and cook for 5 mins.
CAREFULLY remove plastic wrap (watch out for steam) and stir pie slices. Replace plastic wrap and cook for 5 more mins.

When done, remove plastic wrap and sprinkle with lightly crushed corn flakes.

Cool completely. You can serve as is or with a small dollop of whipped topping -- add those calories separately.
