    1 small Apple quarterd and seeds/stem removed
    1 medium Orange peeled
    1 medium Banana
    12 Raspberries
    5 large Strawberries stems removed
    1 cup Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail
    1 Cup Sunnyside Farms 99% fat free Strawberry lowfat yogurt

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender, Blend until smooth. Pour into 12 oz glass and enjoy.
