    1/2 cup chopped/diced tomato
    1 Tbsp chopped/diced onion
    1 Tbsp Italian dressing (low-fat or fat-free)
    1/4 tbsp Black Olives (Optional)
    8 oz package of cream cheese (low-fat or fat-free)
    1/2 tsp garlic powder


Mix an 8 oz. package of softened cream cheese and 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder. (Use low-fat or fat-free cream cheese. You can have a larger serving if you do.) Place the mixture in a bowl, small plate, or serving dish. Make a hole in the middle of the mixture so you can put your vegatables there.
Mix your chopped tomato, chopped onion and italian dressing together. (Again, use low-fat or fat-free.) You can add olive pieces if you wish. Place this mixture into the middle of the cream cheese dip.
I use as a topping on Black Cracked Pepper & Oil Triscuits. It is FULL OF FLAVOR.
