Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread
    1 1/4 cup chopped onion
    12 ounces cooked chicken breast, chopped
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken condensed soup
    1 10 oz pkg mixed vegetables, frozen
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 packet chicken gravy mix
    1 cup water
    4 Pillsbury frozen biscuits, southern style

Directions

1. melt spread in a medium saucepan, then add chopped onion and saute until soft.
2. stir in soup, milk, chicken and veggies. stir gravy mix into water then add to saucepan and bring mixture to a boil turn down heat to a simmer and continue heating till everything is heated through.
3. Bake biscuits according to package directions and then top split biscuits with chicken mixture to serve.

1 serving is one whole biscuit and 1/4 of chicken mixture.
