Ingredients

    2 cans Peas one drained, other with juice
    2 cups frozen corn cooked
    3/4 cup mayo
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 egg whites hard boiled and chopped
    onion, finely grated

Directions

cook eggs, and corn seperately. pour into a large bowl, one can of peas with juice, then add drained can of peas, corn, egg whites, grated onion, and mayonnaise. season with salt and pepper, stir til well mixed, chill. makes 8 -12 servings
