    Apples, fresh, 3 large, sliced
    Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup
    Salt, .25 tsp
    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, .33 cup, packed
    Powdered Sugar, 1 tbsp, unsifted


Preheat oven to 425.
In a 12 inch oven proof skillet, melt butter. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and stir till smooth. Add apples and cook 3 mins over med heat until apple begin to soften.
Meanwhile, in a blender mix eggs, milk, flour and salt until thoroughly blended. Pour egg mixture into skillet over apples and bake in oven for 15 mins. Sprinkle with lemon juice and brown sugar.
