Ingredients

10.5 oz. can cheddar cheese soup
10.5 oz. can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise w/ olive oil
1/2 c. fat free plain yogurt
2 Tbls. dill pickle relish
1 Tbls. spicy brown mustard
1/2 small onion chopped
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen country style hash browns (cubes, not shredded)
24 fish sticks
1 c. cheddar cheese
Directions
In extra large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients until well blended.
Add onion and potatoes. Mix well.
Spread into 9"x13" baking dish. Top with frozen fish sticks.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle top evenly with cheese.
Bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Makes 6 2 cup servings.
