    * Beef, round steak, 8 oz (remove)
    * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    * Orange Juice, 1 fl oz (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)
    * *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)


Slice steak into thin pieces. Combine soy sauce, orange juice, sugar and orange rind. Add steak and marinate at least 30 min.

Heat oil on high heat. Add minced garlic clove and saute briefly. Add steak and saute 5 min or until steak is done. Add cooked green beans and saute 2 min more until beans are covered in sauce. Serve over rice.
