Ingredients

    White onion, chopped, 1 cup
    Beans, black, 2 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    Chorizo, pork and beef, 6 link (4" long)
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 4 cans
    Table Salt, .5 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp
    Hot Chili Peppers, 3 pepper
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Just combine, bring to a boil and simmer until it cooks down a little (maybe 3-4 hours). Add more chili powder to taste. Makes 8-10 servings (I estimated).
