    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Oyster Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Shrimp, cooked, 4 oz (remove)
    Coconut, sweetened, .33 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium (remove)
    Tofu, extra firm, 0.33 block (remove)


Sautee onions, celery and cabbage in olive oil until onions are nearly tender. A

dd water and oyster sauce and let simmer. Beat one egg, and coat the shrimp. Remove shrimp from egg (reserving extra) and coat the shrimp with the coconut.

Place shrimp on a baking sheet in the oven under the broiler for about 3-5 minutes until coconut is golden.

Add tofu, mushrooms and the remainer of the beaten egg to the simmering pan, and mix quickly to dispurse. Reduce heat and cook until shrimp is done.

Serve shrimp on top of the stirfry mixture immediately.
