Ingredients

    4 3/4 oz pearl onions
    14 1/2 brussel sprouts
    13 oz potatoes
    2 T olive oil
    3 T balsamic vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    rosemary, about 2 teaspoons

Directions

cut potatoes in large pieces, cut pearl onions and brussel sprouts in half, place all in baking dish. Mix oil, vinegar and some water together and drizzle over veggies. bake covered at 350 until brussel sprouts and potatoes are tender. Uncover to get a little browning on top.
