5 yukon gold potatoes
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 - 2 tbs. yellow mustard
1/2 - 1 c, hellmans mayo
Directions
boil potatoes whole for 20-30 mins. peel. dice into 1/2 to 1 inch cubes. mix all ingredients in bowl. chill. serve.
