    3/4 cups Egg Beaters, liquid
    2 oz Hormel Spam Classic
    1 1/2 oz (about 8) crinkle fries
    1/4 cup diced red tomato


Preheat oven (I used the toaster oven) to 400.
Count out 8 fries and lay them in a single layer to begin to cook.
While fries are cooking...
Measure 3/4 Egg Beaters and set in a bowl.
Dice red tomato and measure out 1/4 cup
Add to egg beaters and slight mix together
Dice Hormel Spam and measure 2 oz. I used a 1/4 cup measuring cup.
Spray nonstick pan with a light cooking spray.
Set on stover burner on Med/High to heat pan.
While pan is heating take out fries, chop into pieces.
Pan should be heated now so add spam once it starts to brown add fries.
Spread out in pan into a single layer then add egg beaters mixture.
Lower temp to Med/Low so not to burn the egg beaters.
Once egg beaters is cooked through it is done.

Makes 2 - 3/4 cup servings.
