    125ml margarine
    1c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    3medium bananas mashed

    2c. whole wheat flour
    1tsp baking soda
    .5tsp baking powder
    .5tsp salt


cream butter and sugar together and beat one egg in at a time. Add in mashed bananas. In separate large bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. make a well in centre of dry ingredients and gradually pour in wet mixture. Mix until moistened. Pour into a greased bread pan and cook for approx.1 hr. test with tooth pick
