    3 cups flour
    1.5 cups splenda for baking
    4 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/3 cup dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt
    1 1/3 cup skim milk
    1 cup dice apples (fresh)

    After they are all done, you can brush the top of each muffin with melted butter or margarine and sprinkle a mixture of brown and regular sugar to enhance the already delicious flavor. I did this, and my family loved them (and my family is not a health conscious one by any means...they couldnt tell they were low fat (=


Pre-heat oven at 400 degrees.

Mix together all dry ingredients (flour, splenda, baking powder, baking soda, salt). Then add in each of the following: yogurt, skim milk (or water). Mix altogether. Lastly, add in the apples. Spray each muffin pan with no stick spray and fill to a reasonable amount (about 3/4 full for each muffin cup).

Bake @ 400 degrees for about 15-20 min. Make sure to keep an eye on the muffins, once they start to look harder and brown on the top, stick a knife or toothpick into the middle of one to make sure they are done.
